About Us

The Atomic Kitten was founded in July 2016 by the owner, Paul Oleniacz, out of his passion for finding and restoring vintage furniture, and home accessories from the 1950’s ,1960’s and 1970’s. Every piece discovered is a chance to learn about and appreciate a designer or artist that created a beautiful moment in history – moments that we can all fill our homes and workspaces with to create environments full of sculptural lines, rich tones, and unique details.

In June of 2018, The Atomic Kitten closed its’ Bellingham Commercial Street location and starting in June of 2019 will re-open at 301 W. Holly Street in Bellingham.

This former Gallery Pegasus art gallery will now become The Atomic Kitten featuring Gallery Pegasus. The studio and gallery will continue to offer quality vintage furniture and home accessories but will also offer fine art that Gallery Pegasus was known for. Heidi Wood, Owner of Gallery Pegasus will present fine art from regional area artist while combining it with the vintage treasures of The Atomic Kitten.

The Atomic Kitten will also be offering furniture refinishing and restoration and consignment of quality furniture and art.
